Using the service
EventRaise.space provides tools for organizers to create fundraising events, sell tickets and sponsor tables, manage guests and seating, run QR check-in, and collect donations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the event information you publish and for complying with the laws that apply to your event and fundraising activity.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you sign in and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Organizer responsibilities
- You are the seller and host of your events. You set ticket prices, refund terms, and event details.
- You are responsible for delivering the event and for honoring tickets and donations collected through the platform.
- You must not use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive fundraising.
Payments and fees
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Funds from ticket sales and donations are settled to the organizer according to the payment provider's terms. Taxes and any applicable processing fees are the organizer's responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds for tickets and donations are handled at the organizer's discretion and in line with the refund terms shown at checkout. Contact the event organizer directly for refund requests.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventRaise.space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
