We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use the service:
- Account data — your name and email address when you sign in, provided through Google sign-in or email.
- Event data — events you create, ticket types, guest lists, seating plans, and check-in records.
- Purchase data — the name, email, ticket selection, and donation amount entered at checkout.
- Technical data — basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use the information to provide and improve the service, including to create and manage events, issue QR-code tickets, process check-in, collect donations, send transactional emails such as ticket confirmations, and keep the platform secure.
Payments
Card and payment details are handled by our payment processor (PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. We retain a record of the order, amount, and payment status to fulfill tickets and provide receipts.
Service providers
We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf and only as needed to run the service. These include authentication (Google Firebase), payments (PayPal), transactional email (Resend), hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, Render, Neon), and content delivery and storage (Cloudflare). Each provider is bound to use the data only to provide their service to us.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the workspace. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
